Temperature-Controlled Cargo and Reefer Transport
Any Temperature Regime
Our semi-trailers support a range from -25°C to +25°C. We handle the shipping of perishable goods (fruits, vegetables), as well as cosmetics and electronics sensitive to frost. The automated reefer unit independently controls the climate, switching between heating and cooling modes as needed.
GDP Standards for Pharma Logistics
A core competency of our company is the transport of medicines and active substances. We strictly adhere to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) international standards. Our vehicles undergo regular sanitary processing and validation, which is critical for the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Continuous Monitoring
Every vehicle is equipped with a telemetry system and a temperature data logger. This allows the client to receive a report on the cargo hold temperature in real-time. Upon arrival, we provide a thermal mapping printout confirming compliance with the regime for every kilometer of the journey.
Multi-Regime (Bi-temp trailers)
To optimize logistics, we use double-deck loading and partitions to create zones with different temperatures within a single trailer. This allows us to combine frozen cargo and chilled products in one vehicle, significantly reducing overall transport costs.
How Reefer Transport Is Organized
The technology requires strict discipline at every stage:
1. Pre-cooling procedure
The vehicle arrives with the cargo hold already cooled or heated to the required temperature. This eliminates “thermal shock” for the goods.
2. Loading
Rapid loading from the warehouse with temperature control via probe.
3. Transit
Movement along the route via road freight. The driver monitors the unit’s operation, while dispatchers track the location.
4. Handover
Unloading at the consignee’s warehouse with the provision of a thermal check and customs clearance.
Industry Solutions
We adapt temperature-controlled cargo shipping to the specifics of your business.
Food Industry and Retail
Freshness is the priority. We deliver dairy products and confectionery. For smaller batches, we offer LTL trucking with temperature control: we consolidate goods at our facilities equipped with cold storage (see our warehouse services).
Chemical Industry
Many types of chemical raw materials, glues, and paints lose their properties upon freezing or overheating. We organize the transportation of dangerous goods and standard chemicals maintaining a “warm” regime (+5…+15°C) during the winter period, using autonomous heaters.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Do you provide a thermogram?
Yes, every refrigerated container and semi-trailer is equipped with a certified temperature data logger. A printout of the temperature sheet is a mandatory part of the closing documentation.
Can you ship groupage cargo with temperature control?
Yes, we operate LTL lines for temperature-sensitive goods from Europe to Central Asia. This allows for shipping small batches (from 1 pallet) while preserving the climate.
What is transport validation?
This is a procedure to verify the reefer’s ability to maintain temperature uniformly throughout the cargo hold. This is a mandatory requirement for GDP compliance when transporting medicines.
