Transportation of a chemical disperser from Italy to Kyrgyzstan

When precision and speed determine the success of the project

Full-Cycle Auto Logistics: Certification, Documentation, Control, and Delivery in 11 Days

Lazarus Forwarding has completed another international project for the transportation of industrial equipment from Italy to Kyrgyzstan—the delivery of a chemical disperser for a new production complex.

The client’s task required impeccable precision: the cargo had to arrive strictly on time to avoid downtime and delays in production launch. Any error in documentation or on the route could result in weeks of downtime and significant financial losses.

Initial Conditions and Cargo Specifics

A chemical disperser is complex and high-value equipment, classified as technically sensitive cargo.

Before shipment, it required not only certification according to European standards but also meticulous preparation of documentation: safety data sheets, declarations, transport certificates, shipping permits, and insurance.

The cargo was transported by road transport, in a convoy of 8 specialized trucks equipped with satellite monitoring systems.

Route: From Northern Italy to Central Asia

The delivery route passed through Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan, with the final destination in Kyrgyzstan.

The total route length was over 6,500 km, and the entire journey was completed in 11 days, including loading, documentation, and border crossings.

Each truck had an individual GPS tracker connected to the internal monitoring system Lazarus Secure Route™, allowing the client to track the cargo’s movement in real-time 24/7.

Phase 1. Preparation and Certification

Before shipment, the Lazarus Forwarding team completed a full cycle of preparatory work:

  • verification of technical documentation and equipment certificates;
  • coordination with the Italian manufacturer regarding packaging and labeling;
  • cargo insurance coverage up to 250,000 EUR;
  • obtaining permits for transporting equipment containing chemical components.

Special attention was paid to compliance of the cargo packaging with international ADR requirements (transport of chemical substances).

This helped avoid delays during customs control and guaranteed smooth passage through all checkpoints.

Phase 2. Loading in Italy and Route Launch

Loading was supervised by Lazarus engineers and a client representative.

Each element of the disperser was secured on the platform using certified fastening systems, ensuring 100% equipment integrity throughout the journey.

After checking the fastenings and connecting the GPS devices, the convoy set off on the route.

Throughout the entire journey, Lazarus dispatch center staff provided continuous monitoring of coordinates, speed, and passage time of control points.

Phase 3. International Transit and Coordination

When crossing multiple customs zones (EU → Turkey → Caucasus → Central Asia), Lazarus logisticians coordinated the border crossing process in close cooperation with customs agents and local partners.

Thanks to pre-prepared documents and certification, the cargo was not delayed at any stage.

All 8 trucks moved in a coordinated convoy, which made it possible to control the schedule and meet the arrival time without deviations.

Phase 4. Delivery and Unloading at the Site

11 days after leaving Italy, the convoy arrived at the production site in Kyrgyzstan.

Unloading was carried out according to a pre-approved plan, with the participation of Lazarus Forwarding technical specialists.

All equipment elements were unloaded without damage. The client received the equipment in perfect condition—100% integrity confirmed by the acceptance certificate.

Quality and Safety Control

To maintain a high level of project transparency, the Lazarus Secure Route™ system was used, which combines:

  • Real-time GPS monitoring of the convoy;
  • daily reports with data on coordinates, transit times, and cargo status;
  • constant communication with drivers and local coordinators;
  • backup routes in case of weather or technical risks.

The result: zero emergencies during the entire route.

Project Results

  • Delivery completed in 11 days—exactly as planned.
  • 100% equipment integrity, with no damage or delays.
  • Full transparency of the logistics chain—the client monitored the process online.
  • Production launch occurred on time, without disruptions or additional costs.
