Permits and Escort
Legality of transport is the guarantee of no fines or delays. We take care of obtaining special permits in all transit countries. If necessary, we organize the escort of OOG cargo with pilot cars and road police patrols.
Multimodal Schemes
Super-heavy loads often cannot be delivered solely by Road Freight. We combine sea transport (using Flat Rack containers or Break Bulk services) with further transloading onto rail platforms or heavy-duty trailers via our Multimodal Transport solutions. This allows delivering equipment from the Americas or China to landlocked regions.
Engineering Survey
Before movement begins, we conduct a detailed route survey. Our specialists check the load-bearing capacity of bridges, tunnel heights, and turning radii to guarantee that the transport of oversized cargo proceeds without obstruction.

You send the specification and equipment drawings. We calculate loading and securing schemes.

Control of rigging operations. Using chains and belts for reliable fixation on the platform.
4. Transportation
Movement according to the agreed schedule (often at night) to the receiver’s warehouse with final customs clearance.

What is considered oversize cargo?
Standardly, this is cargo that, together with the vehicle, exceeds these dimensions: length 20 m, width 2.55 m, height 4.0 m, or weight over 38-40 tons. Parameters may differ slightly in different countries.
Is insurance included?
Yes, project logistics is unthinkable without coverage. We insure the forwarder’s liability and the cargo itself “against all risks” for the full value via our Cargo Insurance service.
How fast is the permit obtained?
Timelines depend on transit countries. In Europe, it takes from 1 to 3 weeks; in Central Asia, up to 10-14 days. We recommend booking heavy equipment transport services in advance.
