ADVANTAGES OF LAZARUS LTL CONSOLIDATION
Economic Efficiency
You do not need to overpay for “air” in a half-empty semi-trailer. The cost of LTL freight services is distributed among all customers proportionally to the volume of their shipments. This is an ideal option for startups, trial product batches, and regular supplies of small batch shipping.
Own Consolidation Warehouses
The key to quality LTL is warehouse processing. Our strategic consolidation hubs in key transport nodes of Europe (Vilnius, Warsaw, Milan) are equipped to handle any type of goods. We perform weighing, labeling, repacking, and palletizing of cargo at our Warehouse Services facilities before dispatching via main transport lines.
Regularity of Flights
We do not wait for the truck to fill up “spontaneously.” Our international groupage transport operates on a strict schedule. Weekly departures from Europe guarantee that your cargo will not get stuck at the consolidation warehouse waiting for fellow travelers.
Comprehensive Service
Lazarus Logistics takes care of everything: from picking up cargo from the supplier (EXW/FCA) to customs clearance and delivery to the receiver’s door. You receive a service level comparable to FTL, but adapted for smaller volumes using our reliable Road Freight network.
How Groupage Cargo Delivery Works: 4 Steps
The process of LTL logistics is more complex than direct transport, but we have made it transparent for the client:
1. Pre-carriage (Consolidation):
We pick up the cargo from the shipper or accept it at our warehouse. Here, packaging and documents are verified.
2. Processing:
Cargo is measured, labeled, and formed into a consolidated batch with goods heading in the same direction.
3. Main Carriage:
The batch departs. We use road transport for delivery from Europe or Multimodal Transport schemes for cargo from Asia.
4. Deconsolidation & Delivery:
Upon arrival at the destination bonded warehouse, the cargo undergoes clearance and is delivered to final recipients.

Geography and LTL Trucking Routes
We work globally, but we possess unique expertise in complex directions.
Groupage Cargo from Europe to Central Asia
This is our flagship route. We have established an uninterrupted flow of goods from Italy, Germany, Spain, and Poland to Central Asian countries. Cargo delivery to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkmenistan is carried out through our transit hubs, allowing us to avoid border delays and offer the best LTL shipping rates on the market.
Groupage Freight from China
For delivery from Southeast Asia, we offer LCL consolidation (Less than Container Load) via Sea Freight, or accelerated road/Rail Cargo delivery of consolidated batches. This allows flexible management of supply terms: from “fast and premium” to “budget-friendly and planned.”
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What is the minimum cargo weight accepted?
We work with shipments starting from 1 pallet or 100 kg. Delivery of small batch shipping is calculated individually.
How is the cost calculated?
The price depends on weight, volume (cubic meters), and the stackability of the cargo (the ability to place pallets on top of each other).
What are the transit times from Europe to Asia?
The average LTL transit time is between 12 and 18 days, depending on the destination country and border crossing times.
