LTL LOGISTICS STAGES AND SERVICE
We provide a full cycle of groupage cargo delivery: from picking up the cargo from the supplier (EXW/FCA) to distribution to the final recipients. The technological process includes the following stages:
1. First mile logistics and consolidation
- Pre-carriage (Cargo collection): Organization of goods collection from the sender anywhere in Europe and delivery to our consolidation hub.
- Warehouse processing: Weighing, packaging control (palletizing/crating), labeling, and formation of groupage shipments.
- Export clearance: Opening export declarations (EX-1) and preparing transit guarantees (T-1) before shipment.
2. Main haul (Linehaul)
- Regular services: Sending groupage lines to destination countries according to a fixed schedule, observing transit times.
- Monitoring: Daily tracking of the vehicle’s location (GPS) and cargo status en route.
3. Customs clearance and “last mile” delivery
- Import clearance: Arrival at the bonded warehouse (BW) and assistance with customs clearance of the groupage shipment.
- Last Mile (Distribution): Delivery of cleared cargo “to the door” (DAP/DDP) of the recipient in any region of the destination country.
- Document closing: Handover of the complete set of original transport documents (CMR with receipt confirmation).
